EAGLE PROPANE SALES LTD DELIVERY POLICY

Will Call Delivery Service
The will call delivery service requires the customers to monitor their current propane levels and request propane delivery service in advance. This service best fits customers who want to be in control when their deliveries occur and propane levels that may not be consistent or predictable.
We recommend that you request a fill before your tank level reaches 20%, as then gives us enough time to schedule the fill before you run out.

Automatic Fill / Automatic Payment Delivery Service
The Auto-Fill/Auto-Pay Program is a cost savings program where Eagle Propane passes savings along by discounted propane fuel prices. As we deliver to every area of Greater Victoria at least once a week we are able to schedule deliveries when the truck is in your area. Based on your propane usage we setup a fill frequency of a yearly, monthly, or weekly basis and track your propane fuel usage saving time and delivery cost. We require that you have a credit card on your account that the payments be withdrawn from.

When you are enrolled in the Auto-Fill program we still encourage you to keep an eye on your propane gauge, as during power outages and stormy weather, or even guess visits, your propane usage can change without us knowing. Eagle Propane will try to anticipate your changing usage during the winter seasons and increase frequency of propane fills but it is not a guarantee that you won’t run out. Please inform us of any changes to your usage to avoid running out of propane.

Emergency Delivery Service
Emergency deliveries are tried to be schedule on the same day but there are times when we are unable to deliver with in the same day or next day but we will deliver as soon as possible. Delivery fees may apply to emergency deliveries as we may need to re-route delivery vehicles and re-schedule other fills.
